We use Webflow (website and forms), Cloudflare (form processing, storage and bot protection), Zoho CRM (managing inquiries) and Anthropic (AI assistant).
Our website includes GoL, an AI assistant that answers general questions about remodeling. GoL is an AI, not a person. The GoLoudon team reviews inquiries.Conversations may be saved. If you share your contact details in the chat, we link the conversation to your inquiry and it is added to our customer records in Zoho CRM. Chats that are not linked to an inquiry are deleted after 30 days. Linked chats are kept as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you.The assistant may ask for your name and a way to reach you, and it will always say why. You can decline and keep chatting. Please do not share payment or other sensitive information in the chat.
