This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a dated residence into a refined, transitional home with a strong designer-led aesthetic and elevated level of craftsmanship.

The East wing of the home was completely reconstructed, including structural modifications. Approximately 50% of the existing home was fully remodeled simultaneously.

Scope of work included: full reconstruction of the East wing including structural modifications, addition of new bedroom space, complete interior remodel of approximately 50% of the home, high-end finishes throughout including custom millwork, stone, tile, and lighting, master bathroom with wall-to-wall marble installation and luxury fixtures, and exterior improvements including poolside and decking enhancements.

Key challenges included pier and beam foundation complexities requiring careful structural planning, maintaining a fully livable home on one side while the other was under active construction, and seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing structure and finishes.

The home was reimagined into a cohesive transitional design — custom cabinetry and tailored built-ins throughout, layered lighting with decorative fixtures as focal points, high-end bathrooms featuring bespoke tilework, and thoughtful spatial flow between original and newly constructed areas.
