We hired Gregory in 2017 for a massive project that grew from a second-story addition to a near-total gut renovation (2,500 to 4,500 sq ft). We chose him for his professional, no-pressure approach and his excellent organization via a shared project calendar. Gregory didn't just build more space; he incorporated a ton of thoughtful storage solutions throughout the house. Construction always has challenges—we faced some significant rain issues—but the true test of a contractor is how they handle adversity. Gregory’s calm demeanor was incredibly reassuring; he repaired all damage at his own cost and went above and beyond to make it right. We highly recommend him for any project!

Gregory Loudon has worked on several projects at my home over the years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has handled everything from a full kitchen remodel and guest-suite renovation to roof repairs, a complete roof replacement, fencing, gutters, drywall repairs, lighting, and more. Gregory is extremely responsive (10 out of 10) and always makes sure that any hiccups along the way are addressed promptly and properly. Construction projects rarely go exactly as planned, but he is very solution-oriented and takes responsibility for making things right. Beyond the quality of his work, Gregory is also a pleasure to work with. He has a great personality, is very professional, and communicates clearly throughout the process. Having someone you can trust with multiple projects in your home makes all the difference, and Gregory has consistently delivered great results. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.

GoLoudon has done work on every home I've owned in Dallas. The biggest project was completely remodeling my childhood home, including knocking down interior and exterior walls, replacing all floors, painting all surfaces, and remodeling bathrooms and closets. Gregory did an amazing job - on time, on budget, very few delays (and none that cost us our deadline), and regular meetings to keep me updated. I highly recommend Go Loudon.

Gregory did an exceptional job overseeing our renovation. His overall budget was much more reasonable than his competitors in the Plano area and his trades all did a great job. The project was not without its hurdles but nothing was an issue that Gregory didn’t resolve.

We have used Gregory with GoLoudon several times . We remodeled 3 bathrooms , flooring, kitchen and fireplace. I cannot say enough about the quality and attention to detail provided by his team. Gregory is always available and overseas all the work. If anything is not quite right or to your liking he will work to make it right. I absolutely recommend this business and will continue to use them for any home projects in the future.

We have used GoLoudon two times now and have been incredibly impressed. So much so that we’ve passed them on to friends and family to have their homes renovated as well. Gregory and his team are honest and thoughtful in their approach, they stayed on budget and helped make adjustments as needed, they worked with my insurance company on one of the projects and they completed the job on time.
